Stop Overthinking. Start Moving.

Throughout my career, I’ve often heard the same line:
“You’re pushing too hard.” “You’re running too fast.”
And every time, I took it as a compliment.

Because I’ve spent most of my time inside early-stage startups, whether my own or ones I joined. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
👉 Speed is your biggest advantage.
Not budgets. Not headcount. Speed.
Build the strategy, yes.
Get clear on your positioning, your GTM, your ideal customer, absolutely.
But then, Run.
Too many early-stage teams fall into the trap of over-planning. Over-controlling. Perfecting the messaging. Debating the website copy for another month. Waiting to test ads “after the next iteration.” It’s a waterfall mindset in a world that demands agility.
Especially now, with AI tools, faster feedback loops, and markets that shift in weeks, not quarters — there's simply no excuse for moving slow.
You don’t win by polishing in a silo, you win by meeting the market.
→ Launch the landing page.
→ Push the ads.
→ Show up to the event.
→ Publish the content.
→ Talk to users. Get feedback. Iterate live.
Speed doesn’t mean chaos. It means momentum. It means doing things in parallel, not in sequence. It means being willing to test, fail, and adjust, quickly.
So if you’re a founder or a startup team trying to “get everything right before you launch”
This is your reminder:
✅ Strategy matters.
✅ Vision matters.
✅ But execution speed is what will make or break you.
Don’t wait to be perfect. Be present. The market is moving. Your job is to move faster.
